The Book of Cutting off the Hand of the Thief
" تُقْطَعُ يَدُ السَّارِقِ فِي رُبُعِ دِينَارٍ فَصَاعِدًا "
"The hand of the thief is to be cut off for a quarter of a Dinar, or more."
