The Book of Cutting off the Hand of the Thief
" لاَ يُقْطَعُ السَّارِقُ إِلاَّ فِي رُبُعِ دِينَارٍ فَصَاعِدًا "
she heard the Messenger of Allah say: "The hand of the thief is not be cut off except for one-quarter of a Dinar or more."
