The Book of Cutting off the Hand of the Thief
" لاَ تُقْطَعُ يَدُ السَّارِقِ إِلاَّ فِي رُبُعِ دِينَارٍ فَصَاعِدًا "
"The hand of a thief is not to be cut off except for one-quarter of a Dinar or more."
