The Book of Cutting off the Hand of the Thief
" لَيْسَ عَلَى خَائِنٍ وَلاَ مُنْتَهِبٍ وَلاَ مُخْتَلِسٍ قَطْعٌ "
the Messenger of Allah robber and pilferer is not to be cut off." (Sahih) Sufyan did not hear it from Abu Az-Zubair.
