The Book of Drinks
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ أَبِي أَوْفَى، يَقُولُ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ نَبِيذِ الْجَرِّ الأَخْضَرِ وَالأَبْيَضِ .
"I heard Ibn Abi Awfa say: 'The Messenger of Allah [SAW] forbade Nabidh made in green and white earthenware jars.'"
