"‏ حُتِّيهِ ثُمَّ اقْرُصِيهِ بِالْمَاءِ ثُمَّ انْضَحِيهِ ‏"

Rub it off (with a stone), and then scratch it (with finger) by pouring water, then sprinkle water upon it.
