" مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ فَقَالَ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ فَقَدِ اسْتَثْنَى "
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: If anyone says when swearing an oath: "If Allah wills," he makes an exception.
