The Office of the Judge (Kitab Al-Aqdiyah)
" مَنْ وَلِيَ الْقَضَاءَ فَقَدْ ذُبِحَ بِغَيْرِ سِكِّينٍ "
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: He who has been appointed a judge has been killed without a knife.
