The Office of the Judge (Kitab Al-Aqdiyah)
" مَنْ جُعِلَ قَاضِيًا بَيْنَ النَّاسِ فَقَدْ ذُبِحَ بِغَيْرِ سِكِّينٍ "
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: He who has been appointed a judge among the people has been killed without a knife.
