The Office of the Judge (Kitab Al-Aqdiyah)
" إِذَا كَرِهَ الاِثْنَانِ الْيَمِينَ أَوِ اسْتَحَبَّاهَا فَلْيَسْتَهِمَا عَلَيْهَا "
