Prescribed Punishments (Kitab Al-Hudud)
" إِذَا ضَرَبَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَتَّقِ الْوَجْهَ "
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: When one of you inflicts a beating, he should avoid striking the face.
