The Book on Zakat
" مَنِ اسْتَفَادَ مَالاً فَلاَ زَكَاةَ عَلَيْهِ حَتَّى يَحُولَ عَلَيْهِ الْحَوْلُ عِنْدَ رَبِّهِ "
