The Book on Marriage
" أَيُّمَا عَبْدٍ تَزَوَّجَ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ سَيِّدِهِ فَهُوَ عَاهِرٌ "
Abdullah narrated that the Prophet said: "Whichever slave gets married without the permission of his owner, then he is a fornicator."
