The Chapters On Judgements From The Messenger of Allah
" مَنْ زَرَعَ فِي أَرْضِ قَوْمٍ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِمْ فَلَيْسَ لَهُ مِنَ الزَّرْعِ شَيْءٌ وَلَهُ نَفَقَتُهُ "
that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Whoever farms a people's land without their permission, then nothing he farms belongs to him and its finances are due to him."
