"‏ لَيْسَ عَلَى خَائِنٍ وَلاَ مُنْتَهِبٍ وَلاَ مُخْتَلِسٍ قَطْعٌ ‏"

That the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "There is no cutting of the hand for the traitor, or the embezzler, nor the plunderer."
