"‏ ثَلاَثَةُ أَيَّامٍ - أَحْسِبُهُ قَالَ - وَلَيَالِيهِنَّ لِلْمُسَافِرِ فِي الْمَسْحِ عَلَى الْخُفَّيْنِ ‏"

The Prophet said: "Three days." I think he said, "And three nights during which the traveler may wipe over his leather socks."
