The Chapters on Expiation
" مَنْ نَذَرَ نَذْرًا وَلَمْ يُسَمِّهِ فَكَفَّارَتُهُ كَفَّارَةُ يَمِينٍ "
"Whoever makes a vow and does not state it specifically, the expiation (for such a vow) is the expiation for breaking an oath. "
