" مَنْ حَفَرَ بِئْرًا فَلَهُ أَرْبَعُونَ ذِرَاعًا عَطَنًا لِمَاشِيَتِهِ "
“Whoever digs a well, is entitled to forty forearms' length surrounding it is as a resting place for his flocks.”
