" إِذَا قَالَ الرَّجُلُ لِلرَّجُلِ يَا مُخَنَّثُ فَاجْلِدُوهُ عِشْرِينَ وَإِذَا قَالَ الرَّجُلُ لِلرَّجُلِ يَا لُوطِيُّ فَاجْلِدُوهُ عِشْرِينَ "
“If one man says another: 'O effeminate one!' give him twenty lashes. And if one man says to another: 'O homosexual!' give him twenty twenty lashes.”
