"‏ لاَ يُجْلَدُ أَحَدٌ فَوْقَ عَشْرِ جَلَدَاتٍ إِلاَّ فِي حَدٍّ مِنْ حُدُودِ اللَّهِ ‏"

“No one should be given more than ten lashes, except in the case of one of the legal punishments of Allah (SWT).”
