"‏ لاَ يَقُولَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ خَبُثَتْ نَفْسِي‏.‏ وَلَكِنْ لِيَقُلْ لَقِسَتْ نَفْسِي ‏"

The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "None of you should say Khabuthat Nafsi, but he is recommended to say 'Laqisat Nafsi."
