The Book of Prayer - Friday
وَحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، وَحَسَنُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ، وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَ يَحْيَى أَخْبَرَنَا وَقَالَ الآخَرَانِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ، قَالَ كَانَتْ لِلنَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم خُطْبَتَانِ يَجْلِسُ بَيْنَهُمَا يَقْرَأُ الْقُرْآنَ وَيُذَكِّرُ النَّاسَ .
The Apostle of Allah (ﷺ) gave two sermons between which he sat, recited the Qur'an and exhorted the people.
