The Book of the Rules of Inheritance
" أَلْحِقُوا الْفَرَائِضَ بِأَهْلِهَا فَمَا تَرَكَتِ الْفَرَائِضُ فَلأَوْلَى رَجُلٍ ذَكَرٍ "
Give the shares to those who are entitled to them, and what is left from those wno are entitled to it goes to the nearest male heir.
