The Book of Cutting off the Hand of the Thief
" تُقْطَعُ يَدُ السَّارِقِ فِي رُبُعِ دِينَارٍ فَصَاعِدًا "
"The hand of the thief is to be cut off for one-quarter of a Dinar or more."
