The Book of Cutting off the Hand of the Thief
" لَيْسَ عَلَى مُخْتَلِسٍ وَلاَ مُنْتَهِبٍ وَلاَ خَائِنٍ قَطْعٌ "
"The Messenger of Allah said: 'The hand of the pilferer, robber and traitor is not to be cut off."'
